Mark joined Waghorn Stephens in 2007 as an articling student and moved into St. Marys with his family in 2009.  He has greatly appreciated the opportunity to lay down roots in the community and to assist individuals and businesses with their legal needs.

Mark practises in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial work, and wills and estates. He seeks to keep things simple when possible, to explain clearly when matters get complicated, and to provide guidance and advocacy when times get tough. With nearly two decades of practicing law in St Marys, his experience and focus ensures that your legal needs are matched with optimal solutions.

He is an avid board gamer and hobbyist, Mark spends lots of time at home with his wife and cats.
